Mathematician and seismologist. Bullen (1906-1976) was Professor of Applied Mathematics, University of Sydney, Australia 1946-1971. He had earlier worked at Auckland University College, New Zealand 1928-1940 and the University of Melbourne, Australia 1940-1945. He studied at Cambridge, England under H.
